Refund Policy

Primecuts allows returns of products if customers are not satisfied within 1 hour from the delivery time or at the time of delivery.

TERMS OF SERVICE REFUND POLICY

The products should remain in the same condition as delivered.

Returns are not acceptable if products are:

  • Washed
  • Coated
  • Cooked
  • Any other conversion

Primecuts will return the bill value or provide products of the same value within 36 hours after verification.

Product returns are not acceptable if the customer or client does not submit/provide a proper reason or the reason is declined.

Declined prepaid and paid order amounts will be reimbursed to the original source account within 48 hours.

The return policy is changeable or revisable by the company (Farm Fresh Meat Retail Company) in case of any changes.
